Teaching Jamin

Jamin'Cardio offers the opportunity to own your own business, pursue a full or part-time career, and stay fit while motivating others to make good lifestyle choices through dance-fitness classes. It also provides corporations or club owners the opportunity to provide consistent, fun programming with quality controls.

As instructors of Jamin'Cardio you are capable and prepared fitness leaders or dance instructors, who retain a basic instructor certification which meets the requirements as set out by industry governed certifications. A current CPR certificate must be retained by a Jamin'Cardio instructor.

All Jamin'Cardio instructors are self-employed. They can directly influence their own income levels depending on how much time and energy they wish to dedicate to developing their classes.

Purchasing the Package:

The program is available to corporations and individual instructors on a per- session basis.  Each package provides the following:

• Training DVD  - 2 hours

• CD Soundtrack (16 musical selections)

• Choreography Notes 

• Liability Insurance - a separate purchase

• Session Certificate/ID Card

• Generic Flyer for advertising.
